I was 5 years old when my grandma was diagnosed and passed away from breast cancer. I didn't understand that it was goodbye for real. And to this day I still regret saying to her, "Why don't you have any hair, because you look weird without it." Even though I know my Grandma Kathy was strong enough to let it pass. This particular event in my life reminds me of one if my favorite songs. On the bus ride home from science camp, Hannah was singing Temporary Home by Carrie Underwood. When she began the ending verse about the old man in a hospital bed, I turned my head away and began to cry.I don't think Hannah understood why I was crying. Yes I thought of my Grandma Kathy during this time, but I was happy."This is my temporary home, it's not where I belong-"Carrie Underwood is right. Earth is our temporary home. We do not live here. "Windows and rooms that I'm passing through." We are just passing through these houses and stores and going in and out of cars."This was just a stop on the way to where I'm going, and I'm not afraid because I know, this WAS my temporary home." Emphasis on the WAS is because the old man is dying and his family is crying. He means that we are all going to leave this temporary home someday, whether it's tomorrow, or 50 years from now, our Heavenly Father has a separate plan for each of us. And that's why I am not scared of death anymore. This song is beautiful, sad, and inspirational all in one. It helped me realize that I will see my Grandma again in our permanent home in heaven. And for those who have lost a loved one, stay strong. Thanks,Reagan

Hannah- Favorite Dessert
I have a favorite dessert. I think I may just have to share it with you, because it will be the very best dessert you will ever have.
It all started while I was walking down the busy sidewalk of New York City. I saw a bunch of different restaurants, gift shops, everything you can imagine. But once I saw Magnolia Bakery, I knew I had to go there. I opened the clean, glass doors and stepped inside to the sweet scent of cupcake batter. I walked up to the window, displaying the scrumptious cupcakes, ready to be eaten. "Chocolate, no. Vanilla, no." I said. There were so many flavors of cupcakes I wanted to try. I narrowed my hazel eyes toward another cupcake. "Red Velvet. Yes." The cashier handed me the cupcake. I plucked off the cupcake liner, and took a bite. I was in bliss. The frosting was so creamy, and so light. So perfect. And the cake. Yum. My mouth is watering. It was so moist, and rich. I haven't had a better cupcake in my life. If you are going to travel to New York City, you have to go to Magnolia Bakery. It is simply out of this world.

Trying Something New
Hey, it's Hannah and Reagan here! We found a gooey, delicious recipe on http://www.picky-palate.com. Here it is!! It's real simple, simple enough for a blonde and an inside blonde to make! Haha, but we really don't have anything against blondes, blond peoples rule! Adios for now and enjoy the recipe: Reagan and Hannah
(P.S. The picture wouldn't come up, so just envision some delicious, heavenly rice krispie oreo treats in your head.)
Cookies and Cream Rice Crispy Treats
4 Tablespoons Butter4 Cups mini marshmallows8 Cups rice crispy cereal8 oz bag mini Oreo cookies
1/2 Cup chocolate chips, melted
1. Place butter and marshmallows into a large microwavable bowl. Microwave for a few minutes until marshmallows puff up nice and large. Remove and stir in cereal and Oreos. Pour into a large 9×13 inch baking dish. With the back of a large spoon that’s sprayed with cooking spray press and smooth treats. Drizzle melted chocolate over top and let cool. Cut into squares.
